Early detection of liver disease
November 20, 2007 |
Here are some early signs of detection we all should note to avoid
endangering our pets if treatment for liver conditions are treated
on time.
1) Swollen Belly - A sign of liver or heart problem
2) Depression - When dog is feeling lethargy and not behaving
normally.
3) Jaundice - Watch the eye and gums, if they appear yellowish,
possible sign of liver disease
4) Weight loss - Irregardless of food intake, the dog is loosing
weight, a sign of wasting away.
Do bring Fido to the vet immediately for proper medical check up
and tests performed so treatment can be administered early if a
liver condition surfaces
